NPCs changing hair color after buying makeover

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung galaxy s10+
OS Version Rev1.0

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Makeover all NPCs, then come across them later with different hair color. It doesnt happen all the time, but the last time it was after i spent money on a new hair color so I was paying more attention.
What do you expect to see? Hair color that I pay for should stay the same until I change it, correct?

Additional feedback i.e. most recently, my draco malfoy npc changed his own hair color to black after I purchased white during a makeover. He was as I left him immediately after, but the next time I saw him his hair was dark, and I had to spend more money fixing him. It happens with 40% of my NPCs

    It is happening to all NPC adults (I do not have any children so idk if it would happen to them as well).

    I have noticed that all hair reverts to dark gray, no matter which color I made it over to be. I hope that helps sort it.

    Someone in another thread said it may be NPCs aging that is changing their hair colors, but I've never seen a hunched back, just a change in hair color.

    Also, if utilizing a makeover is triggering NPCs to age, that should be remedied otherwise it's a waste to spend any money or tickets to make over characters.

    I was mistaken, hair is changing to blonde as well as gray after I make over NPCs. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the bug, but my making over NPCs is triggering these changes, whether its aging or just changing hair shades.

    @MsBellaMorte What hairstyle are you purchasing? Is it happening with all hairstyles? Some screenshots or video would be helpful.

    It's happening with all hairstyles, men and women, and any colors I pick. 

    After I makeover a sim, the next time I see them they have the wrong hair color. It's hard to get a screen shot since I dont know when it's going to happen.

    Making over NPCs are either triggering them to age (and that would take away all incentive to even buy makeovers) or there is a glitch changing hair colors on adult NPCs.

    Here is one example of an NPC I made over the day before this photo, having hot pink hair. Next day, it's dark. 

    Other NPCs I have made over are blonde the next time I see them, when I have not chosen blonde.

    @SalixCat Is there a way to communicate with the company that makeovers seem to be triggering the NPCs to age? This is happening more often than not and takes away any incentive to spend money or tickets on makeovers.

    That was the only screenshot I had handy, but other NPCs are turning blonde after I made them over with red hair, etc.

    Awesome! Good to know that, thank you.

    My NPC count was 6 today that have aged since I made them over this week. It seems to be happening to more everyday. Waste of tickets and money. I for one won't be spending  anymore until it's fixed.
