A player told me today they managed to get rid of the 'always busy' Sim by giving it away on adoption to another player.
If this is still an issue for you, can you please try and let us know if it works for you?
Can we trade sims so it will work? But i want it bacm

Sometimes moving the sims households helps, have you tried that?
@4ry4jhpx5uerYup! It’s like a weird Sims virus! I lost 7 to it so far! Number 7 as of this morning! I can’t demolish a house on one lot because the only 2 adults on the lot show up as “busy in another event.” Can’t interact with any”busy” Sim, move that Sim, retire or remove that Sim or change their clothing. It’s infuriating after you put cash into the game when eventually can’t play it! When I asked for help, I was told there was nothing they could do and to play around that Sim. That was 6 Sims ago…3 weeks ago.
