I had filed a case regarding the issue, the advisor told me that the customer service cannot help with in-game features as it is developed by the developers and they couldn't change it .
So the only solution to this issue is bringing it to the developer's notice, that is posting it here and hoping some one from the development team will notice it. And as @SalixCat said, the more people talk about it,the more developers will take notice.
I have some items I've crafted but can't find them in buy mode. I thought it's because they are items I can get from the eco project only until I saw this forum.
I forgot the exact name of the items, but they are all kinds of garlands wall deco and magic midnight centerpiece.
What's your opinion?
