[Open] - No friends on friends list after Summer Paradise update

Hi !

Okay, I'm Irritated, very, in fact!  Once a month my Facebook friends, disappear! However, I learned how 

to bring them back, until today, that is!   And I'm logged into Facebook, EA Games and (Game Center for Apple)

as I have the 2020 Ipad with a terabyte!  However, this time, all of my friends are not coming back!  Bring them back - I even check the friend list, listed in settings under my profile... Still there, that's not the problem!  And I even uninstalled the app to see if that would help, nope!

🤔 🤔 They use to allow their bug support tickets to display players Id so everyone could see them. So glad that’s changed. But I will do

Hello Mitsy, I’ve fixed my own issue.Just sign out of all social media accounts and than sign back in again to all that you were connected to and your friend list should pop up.it worked for me!

Hi. Maybe you happen to know how if i am not connected to social media as I don’t have the option? 

hi @EA_DragonsEye can help me for this? It’s been 3 days. But my friendlist is not normal. The work around doesn’t fit to me.

I’m iOS user so I got the game from apps store. Alright I’ll  dm you already 

My friends list disappeared after the last update, and hasn’t returned 

( see pics ) 

I have attended friends parties no problem the invite appeared even tho my list is blank ,

everyone was able to attend my party last week , as the invite appeared , it was friends only 

today friends only option was pressed , I can see one person from contacts that I added last week as I was about to go and re add my contacts ( as I know them and interact with them in group page on fb ) ,

I only got around to adding one person who’d sent a request , and never did get around to entering all my friends codes again , 

todays party was friends only as I mentioned , non of my contacts received an invite ( have been informed by 21 contacts I have contact with )  , & the house is full of randoms ( as if it was an open house party ) 

few extra things I’ve noticed party chat appears like this a lot of the time ( see photo ) 

party chat has been working for friends only party , but it’s hard to get it to connect most of the time 

Ads once pressed won’t go to ads it just wipes out all buttons from the screen like your in camera mode , you have to refresh the app , and miss out on the offer from finishing the event 

The game continues To crash apon opening , 

it has trouble bringing forth the sims selling the surprising choice , it takes so long at times it crashes or freezes  ( I think it’s best to remove some random sim contact trying to sell you an item to one character sim sell you the stuff , it won’t have this effect on the game , as trying to pull some random sim contact isn’t working properly ) 

also a pending friend request I haven’t made was sitting in my friends list this morning ( see pics ) 

my device is up to date all trouble shooting
