@GabrielaHassan You can make one of your playable Sims marry him. In this way he will return as NPC to your household.

@SalixCat thank you!, yes I knew that. But all my Sims are married and I should create a new one to marry him. Honestly, I am too affraid of losing another one so I wont use the passive function again until it is fixed. Marriage wont make his stories or family relations come back anyway...
