Bug/Glitch

After the latest update, my game is stuck in the “Fast-er Forward” tutorial with Dr. Gene Iyus. The popup appears, but when I tap the yellow arrow or the icon, nothing happens. I cannot continue the tutorial or play the game at all.  

I already tried restarting my device and reinstalling the game but the issue is still the same.  

Please help me fix this bug so I can continue playing.
