[Open] - Passive Sims disappeared from house and no longer exist/are related

Platform:Apple iPhone

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into gameplay try and find Silas Hennessy he’s still in Keegan or Eloise Hennessy’s contacts. All my six sims father is gone from the eco household and hes gone from all his contacts except keegan also Sadie Hennessy same issue and she’s no longer related. It gives the option to introduce the relationships they had are gone. Then the brother was randomly moved in AFTER I removed him ages ago I was hoping HE would disappear from my town. I don’t want Dominik Steel he just magically appeared Now it also says no relation theyre FAMILY MEMBERS Player ID: (removed)
What do you expect to see? I want my sims dad back

    Thank you, I hadn't seen any of those notices. What should I do if I can't find my person around town? Am I just out of luck?

    Same thing happened to me! ☹️ my second generation sim had like 10 kids, and obviously you can't keep them all, so I removed a few. Now, they're not even in the generation they're supposed to be in. It's like my sim lost almost half of her kids. Please fix this.

    I had this glitch today..
    I noticed that my family walking on the street, all lineage and level 10 Relationship (Soundtrack of Soul) have been removed.
    She has a level 10 piano hobby (when playable) and 1 shining Izzy costume..


    Has anyone restored these "ties" so far?

    @tankbear3840 Hi, sorry to hear this happened to your sim. I haven’t seen anyone mention that the ties would’ve been restored.

    Returning player here. I aged my sim's son, started a friendship story, and today I noticed that the son was removed from the family portrait and from my sim's contacts. The friendship story was removed as well. I remember yesterday they did have a hangout at the Cafe/Parkside.

    I actually found him standing in front of the house. My sim had the option to introduce herself (even with a flirty introduction, ew); he's now in her contacts as an "acquaintance", no longer as "son", and I have the option to start a new friendship story. I'll probably just do that, seeing how this bug has been around for so long, with no chance of being fixed and restoring the family relationship.

    There is glitch at Parkside during sts events

    If you do a event with passive sim at Parkside during sts then that sim will be removed from home and portrait

    He is hanging in town

    Search him fast before he ages up
