Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea to be honest

Everthing was okay in the beginning until I reached LV.6 and this playername issue occurd to me I've tried to enter several name formats unfortunately my attempts were in vain, please help me.

I’m having same issue on level 6 no names work at all I’ve tried deleting and restarting nothing I have my player ID on screenshot
