Platform: Huawei
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Huawei Nova 3i 
OS Version Android
How often does the bug occur? Every time I start the game 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I reached level 6 and its required that i need a playername to continue my gameplay 
What do you expect to see? Playername to be accepted
Connection Type Mobile

      I’ve been playing sims for about 2 days now and when I hit level 6 I can’t progress in the game because of the player id. It says “Name does not meet the required formats” and I’ve tried almost every name possible. Please help @EA_DragonsEye
