Hello I have been having this same problem I have uninstalled the the game 3 times and started over it still won’t work what to do?

      I’ve tried deleting and starting from level one and it still hasn’t worked when i tried to make a name for level 6

        By clicking on my profile picture you can enter my profile or right click. You will see an envelope. 
        However, I can't fix your issue, and providing me your player id is just for investigation of the issue.
