How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to answer this question. Do you need my player number to troubleshoot? My player ID is [Player-ID removed by SalixCat]. I would like to click on the ad, have it play, and give the rewards after watching the ad. If you can access my game and see an opportunity to watch a mailbox ad, click to watch it, then troubleshoot the data and fix the bug so you can watch the ad and reap the reward 🙂
What do you expect to see? When the blue circle with the arrow appears on a mailbox, I would like to click on the ad, have it play, and give the rewards after watching the ad.

When the option is available to watch an ad on a mailbox at home or in town, I click to watch the ad but the ad never plays and I can't get the rewards. I do have another sim family that I have been playing with on my iPhone but wanted a fresh start after learning so much from the other users on this site.
Also I spent money on the game I am playing on my android tablet, which is the one I am having issues with the mailbox, which makes it all the more frustrating! I should add Each has it's own account as they are on different emails and different platforms so there should be no trouble with the accounts getting mixed up. Please find a fix, Thanks for help!!

@Sampson0316 Sorry to hear you are having this issue. I know how disappointing it is not to be able to get the rewards. They are usually very important and really good. It seems to be something that started about 4 months ago and has showed up in various forms since then. It could have been going on before, not sure, but it was always working great when I first got here, which leads me to believe the issue can be fixed somehow.
I have never seen this team fail when it’s critical, so I think we can hope for the best. As you can see from the boards, there’s a lot going on, probably because the game is constantly expanding. Thanks for your report. It is very important.😃 - EA_DragonsEye4 years ago

@EA_DragonsEye I am using a Galaxy Tab A7 Android version 10. My Player ID is [Admin - removed User ID. The User ID is private information. Please don't share it on Answers HQ as these boards are publicly visible]. Please help!!!
