i cant fix the bed, and the trash bag, also there is this annoying wall, they are in there from the begining of the game,what should i do?

heres my ID, that room is like that from the start, i thought there will be a quest to repair them, but i notice its not normal, i keep on tapping it but it only says view, how to fix them? should i clear data? what should i do? i dont know how to fix it, thank u for the response.
Update: its still the same, i update it now and the problem is still there, it isnt fix.... how sadI’m having the exact same issues, did you ever find a fix?
@laurin916 @no i didnt find any solution, i just make clear data in the app settings and nake another one, but i know now the reason, when editing the physical appearance or clothes of your char, you will see in the left lower corner of you screen that theres this loading bar, wait for it to finish loading before you tap start of the gam.
hehehe yeah @MsBookworm2695 i try to keep on hoping that when i level up i will be able to fix that, or when theres update, but i guess it is also my fault, i didnt notice the loading bar the first time i play the game
This bug post is still open @laurin916. So there is no known fix at this moment.

I am having this issue. It’s been over a year and this issue still isn’t fixed? I just re downloaded it on my phone and can’t get rid of this crap

I am having similar issues with not being able to remove broken items - a toilet, broken tile floor and a broken twin bed. Is there a way to fix this? Player ID - 1003542539576

That's strange @JimJamMN23, can you list the steps you did when you first got the game? For example, you created your first Sim. What did you do after that?
- I can’t say for sure but I would assume that I started to complete quests. I never had the ability to fix or remove these items though. I thought it might come at a later level but it never did. Is there a way to remove them now? Currently I can only view them.
Am unable to fix the broken toilet and the bedroom.. Broken bed and trash bag cannot be moved. I believe I did not complete the tutorial too. Attached is my player ID. Pls help!

How often does the bug occur? 100% All the time, I can't play for months now.
The problem: When I open the game I just see a some sims walking, but no support tab on the right, just nothing, I cant click my sims or do anything with them. Ive had a little break playing in august, but when I wanted to play in september, this is what I got.Last time I played: August
Names of Sims: Lola, Blair, Chenille and I don't know the other one anymore
