Okay, so I played this game when it first came out and then I stopped playing for a while. I just tried downloading it again and uploaded my last save from the cloud and when I got into the game it looked like this. I cant interact with any of it or "clean" or " repair" it. I have tried deleting and re-downloading it, tried it on a different device, I've contacted customer service and they weren't any help. They recommend I come to the forums to look. They said they never seen something like this happen. Gave me 50 simcash. But that isnt nearly enough to get what I lost. I wouldnt even be upset if I hadn't spent real money on this before and if I wasnt so advanced. To contact EA Help from the game, open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the Help & About tab and tap on the button Help. This will open your browser. Scroll down and tap on the buttonContact Us.
Now, tap on Technical support and Game progress issues.
Type your Player ID.
Tap on the button Select contact option.
