Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make your sim wear Boot-cut Slacks and cowboy boots. It looks as someone had cut the upper part of the boots with scissors and there are also holes on them.
What do you expect to see? Cowboy boots will look normal without cuts and perforations when a sim wears them with Boot-cut Slacks.
