[Open] Disappearing contacts and relationships of Sims

With me it’s not that relationship levels change, but contacts do disappear all the time. 
Also when I make a passive sim playable all their contacts have disappeared except the roommates. It’s not that they’ve been passive for a long time, it could be just a few hours/minutes and still all the contacts are suddenly gone.
