[Open] Disappearing contacts and relationships of Sims

My sims contacts and relationship disappear when I make a sim active after being passive. I’ve noticed that only happens with other player’s sims, since the only contacts remaining are NPC. This is a really annoying thing for players and wrecks all of our relationships progress ☹️ If this is a consequence of making sims active/passive this should have been warned to players in the first place
