[Open] Hot Tub 2000 needs illuminated wall

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a party try to use the new hot tub 2000. It does not have party points even with the llama.
What do you expect to see? To use hot tub 2000 like any other hot tub. The person does not have illuminated wall and the trees, but the Llama should be able to power the hot tub. Hot tub was promoted as 75 Point item.

Please fix, there is so many people who have the hot tub and can't use it for parties. For some people this is their only 75 Point party item. As you can tell by the picture the person has placed the llama right next to the tub, and yet I cannot use it at their party.

    @Phantomlover1717 I don’t think there is nothing to fix. Hot tub only works at parties if a person has Illuminated Wall. The Wall can be bought in surprising choice and it was not a part of the quest.

    @Phantomlover1717  It wasn't said anywhere that it will work without the illuminated wall. In the past all hot tubs required the illuminated wall, even if the event didn't have the illuminated wall as a prize (like the current event). Luckily the players have an option of getting an Illuminated wall though the Surprising choice if they want those additional party actions. 

    Just hosted the party, and the illuminated wall is still required. So if it is indeed a bug, it is not fixed yet.
