Have you all previously started the Internet Icon Hobby quest and not completed it?
No I haven’t even started it at all. I believe, don’t remember seeing the quest line.
When it’s been on previously, I’ve started it but failed to finish in time.
The specific event that was supposed to launch after last week’s update however, I did not start.

Guess that's a no, huh😁 I'm so annoyed at being cheated out of that quest. Guess I should have re done the photog quest as that's apparently the only way to trigger the icon quest
Hello, I'm level 50, finished photography career approx 2-3 mos ago. I've posted to Twitter where EA told me to wait it out. Ive opened cases 2x with AHQ and both were closed,marked as resolved when advice I was given was to uninstall and reinstall. I never got the Internet Icon quest. I DID get the photog quest right after the most recent update but again, I already finished that. I get the sense both quests were somehow tied together by the developers and a lot of mistakes / bugs resulted. Now I wonder whether I'll get the wumples quest on the 13th. But I seriously just wanted something new to do so I was really hoping for Internet Icon.
They never tied 2 quests together before, did they? Why start now?😕

Having the same issue as well. No Internet Icon event coming up, photography career completed last year. Tried deleting and reinstalling, no dice. Player ID no. 1003461983422
