[Open] Sim doesn't show up for events or socializing

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPad
OS Version 13.3.1

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I click on my relationship to socialize and start an event, but the sim never shows up.
What do you expect to see? He shows up so I can perform an event

Additional feedback The sim with the issue is Brandi Fraser and the relationship is a fixer upper on level 8 with Dante.

    Is the husband an active Sim in your family? Does he show up when you just ask him to socialize through the contact list?

    @Phantomlover1717 No he’s not in my household. I just noticed this is happening with all of my relationships. Calling them over doesn’t work, I have to go find them and then I can start an event.

    It seems to working correctly again, not sure what the issue was yesterday.

    @hildame That happens to me also from time to time. I don't know the reason but fortunately Sims are to be found somewhere in town.

    @hildame It always happens to me if I’m hosting a party at home 100%. I have to travel to town and then try to socialize, then I can start the event, but when my sim returns home, the sim I am socializing with does not arrive. I can continue the event interacting with objects, but the other sim never arrives.

    @chadeberle This happens during a party because the there is a certain maximum no. of sims that can be allowed in a particular house at that time. When the limit is reached,new sims are not able to come even if they're invited.You'll also observe that sometimes you won't see your passive sims in the house when there are too many sims at your party.
