Passive sim can not receive the message "living together"

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung Galaxy S20
OS Version Android 13
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Request living together to a passive sim of an user.
What do you expect to see? Get massage.

I'm playing the Sims Mobile with my wife.

My sim married with wife's sim.

My wife's sim is a passive sim.

And I requested living together to she's sim.

But she didn't message to approve.

Is it the problem because that sim is a passive sim?

Otherwise, should I wait and see more time for receiving a massage?

SalixCat edited, changed letter a in the word "massage" to an e so it reads now "message".

    @lch8237 Passive Sims can't move to another household. Your wife's Sim must be an active Sim before you send her the request to move to your household.
    I'm not sure it will work, but you can try this: ask your wife to make her Sim active. Then, try to send a new request.

    I see. Then I have a problem. I guess also that is a reason what you mentioned. Thus, wife activated that sim, but the 'move-in' button was deactivated because I already asked as shown the attached snapshot.😢

    @lch8237 Hi, based on the experiences of other players, it seems that the move-in request can’t be sent again if the other player’s sim has been passive.

    Safest way to succeed in adopting other player’s sim, is to keep the sim active during the whole process. Meaning that the sim is continuously active already when the other player is advancing the relationship level, before the move-in request.
