Pave the Way Flagstone missing

I’ve noticed I seem to be missing the Pave the Way Flagstone item, where as everybody else seems to have it. It’s not out the front of my house or in my storage, it’s no where to be found!

Even my second account started off with it. 

I tried restarting my app and even deleting it and reinstalling it, in case it was a bug or something, but that made no difference. 

I don’t really want to pay SimCash for it at the moment as I’m still trying to save up for my fourth sim slot. 

I’m pretty bummed about this as I like item. 

Help? lol

    Thanks for the screenshot. One Flagstone should be unlocked as you haven't purchased any yet. As far as I know it is normal to get one Flagstone at the entrance of the house whenever you start a new game. 

    I would contact EA Help, explain the situation and attach screenshots in order to help the advisor understand the problem. 

    To contact EA Help from the game, open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the Help button.
    This will open your browser. Scroll down until you see Contact Us and choose Technical Support.

    Open the spoiler for pictures.

    There are other ways to contact EA in case you cannot access The Sims Mobile app or anything else happens.

    You can use this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Use the menu on the upper right corner if you want to change to a different language or country.

    You can also choose to contact an EA game advisor through social media:

  • Yes, I know, I’ve looked all through the store and it’s coming up saying it’s 12 SimCash, which is why I stated in my original post that I did not want to spend that just yet.
