PLEASEE... help me, i dont receive money tree pack whereas i paid

i bought show me the tree money pack but i dont receive 250 simcash, money tree and gnome, why? i check in shop, indoor plant or outdoor items to found money tree and gnomw ,but  im not found that!!!...

Both items should be in the Recent category. 

If you can't find them, unfortunately this is an issue that we can't help you fix an the forums. The best you can do is to contact an EA advisor.
