3 years agoHi there @cs2bgdxoextq,
On your old phone, was your Sims Mobile game linked up to Google Play or Facebook, or were you playing through a guest account? You'd need to be sure you were linked up in order to transfer your progress over to another device.
If you were linked up to Google Play or Facebook, you'll need to first complete the tutorial in Sims Mobile on your new phone before you can restore your progress from your previous device.
- 3 years ago@EA_Solaire Hello, thanks for your reply. I have an account,I was not playing as a guest. I have been playing it for about 2 yrs. Google said yes the Developer should have my game Data.
 - 3 years ago@EA_Solaire In chat yesterday EA agent said they will contact another department about that. I'm waiting. There really should be a way that players can restore & download their game data on their MOBILE for themselves too. For situations like this . I'm hoping the game data is restored, because it is fun and I did make a lot of progress in it. Can you see if the request was made?

Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.
- 3 years agoHello thanks for your reply,no I did not know that the full Tutorial meaning is to actually choose the new Sim and that I will have the option to choose my old Sim mobile game. But doesn't explain why my old phone was doing the same thing. I will try it. I will update here if it worked.
