On your old phone, was your Sims Mobile game linked up to Google Play or Facebook, or were you playing through a guest account? You'd need to be sure you were linked up in order to transfer your progress over to another device.
If you were linked up to Google Play or Facebook, you'll need to first complete the tutorial in Sims Mobile on your new phone before you can restore your progress from your previous device.

@EA_Solaire Hello, thanks for your reply. I have an account,I was not playing as a guest. I have been playing it for about 2 yrs. Google said yes the Developer should have my game Data.
