Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.
Hello, I have had this issue for weeks now and no resolution. Has anyone lost their saved Sims mobile game and was able to get it back, If so how?
I have been talking to too many Agents in Chat saying different things. I was told download in the Your Data in my account on EA, which I did and waited for an hour... Nothing happened.
Then another Chat Agent said no that won't work it's only for games played on the computer Not Mobile games.
I have not played for 1 month The Sims mobile. My old phone is now saying create a new sim (but I have been play for almost 2 yrs)
I want to get the Data that suppose to be saved because (I saved in EA and Google Play ) and download it in my new phone.
So has anyone actually restored their saved lost Sims Mobile game. Please help. Thanks.

If you linked your game to the Google Play Store, you can get back in the game and pick up where you left off by signing into the Google Play Store and launching the game again. Could you give that a go please?

Thanks for your reply. I have done that Installed the sims mobile on my new phone, but it's not opening as usual is asking for my age and when I enter it ask for me to create a Sim as if I'm new.
I checked around and I seen on Google yesterday in a settings Manage app my achievements and Level is still there but how do I get that back and install it?
@EA_Lanna Good news I have restored my game! Thank you for your trying to help, I had to do a "Tutorial"to get it back by choosing the new Sim and bypass that to download and then was able to choose Old game in the Cloud or New Game.
It's unfortunate that the agents in the Chat at Google and EA chat didn't tell me this. I don't even see it in all the Help info about restoring the Data. If you see where it talks about that Tutorial let me know
