    Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.

Hello, I have asked for help for weeks now,back and forth from Google to EA. Everyone saying something different. Google telling me the best way to restore my Sims Mobile game is going directly to the creator of the game EA.

Which I have done yet 1 month now still cannot get any solid help. Why?

I cleary see that my achievements and Level is there I seen it somewhere on Manage apps in Google.

But I cannot get to it. I start the game and it's asking for my date of birth and for me to create a new Sim. How do I get the DATA back?

Please can an expert of the Creator of the game help.
