Problem to transfer The Sims mobile existing account to new phone

    Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.

Hello thanks for your reply,no I did not know that the full Tutorial meaning is to actually choose the new Sim and that I will have the option to choose my old Sim mobile game. But doesn't explain why my old phone was doing the same thing. I will try it. I will update here if it worked.
