Problem to transfer The Sims mobile existing account to new phone

    Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.

@EA_Solaire But that is kind of odd thing to do when my data is already saved and I'm logged in Google account on my phone,why create a new Sim to get to the old Sim Data. That should be mentioned in all the Help Info,so I wouldn't of waited for so long and asking for help everywhere.
