    Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.

@EA_Solaire Good news I have restored my game! thank you for your help . It's unfortunate that the agents in the Chat at Google and EA didn't tell me this. I don't even see it in all the Help info about restoring the Data. If you see where it talks about that Tutorial let me know
