Let me also add that when I went to make this item for my female sim I was originally happy because I received a yellow crop top...then go to put it on an find out it’s only for males to wear and it’s a super short crop at that. Not planning on making any guy sims at the moment but a crop top prob wouldn’t be my first pick. 🙄

Izzy creates random items, including a random gender. Inspiration comes when it comes! You might get female clothes with your male Sims and viceversa.

- If you’re going to give out clothing that is traditionally not gender neutral like crop tops, skirts etc. then make them gender neutral. Because some ppl don’t want to dress their male sims in crop tops and skirts.

-Mai- This is a Crop Top Izzy has designed for a male sim but I have females. I would never dress a male sim in it if I did have one.
- If the clothes are going to be random, then the sim being played at the time should be able to wear them (regardless of the item being male or female). Otherwise you are having players spend jewels in a * shoot on whether they get a useful item. This function in the game is totally misleading.
You’d be better off offering a “casino” experience in the game, that way players know the odds of losing their jewels and wouldn’t waste them unnecessarily. - I have used Izzy 5 times and have only gotten male clothing, but the only sim in my household right now is female. It doesn't seem random it seems like he only designs male clothes.
- If it’s not that big of a deal and we should just let characters wear what they want then make it gender neutral. Otherwise it seems like just another agenda being pushed. How hard is it to just make it gender neutral so everyone is happy? There’s not even a reason to debate it. I don’t appreciate spending gems for a yellow crop top with hearts sparking around it that is only for guys. Make it gender neutral pls.
- Also, to add to it, out of 5 runs with Izzy, 4 of the items could have worked on my female sim. I got a long-sleeved shirt, tight leggings, a bracelet, and the cropped tank top. I'd happily use any of those on my female sim if I could. The 5th item was a shirt with a necktie which women could also wear but for me I wouldn't want it for my female sim. Sigh.
- This is really unacceptable and deceptive to the player. Especially if real money is spent. I do not have a male sim and do not want to make one. I tried 7 times and all I got was male outfits from Izzy. This is not ok!
- . It's not what we're playing for. You don't wait all that time collecting gems for NOTHING!!
Dellaway2- just wanted to say, it's very aggravating that you wait all this time to get to izzys shop with gems, and then he makes you a design for a guy when I only have girls. It's not right. The whole random thing is b.s honestly. And the fact that one of the " trait bonuses" he adds on is literally dirt and filth , it's disgusting, who wants to wear that. That needs to go.- Just chiming in as well- all accessories and hopefully clothing need to be gender neutral in this day and age. If there is a specific country the game couldn’t be played in if that was to happen, then their sims probably couldn’t wear any immodest ⭐ clothing to begin with.
I think that creations by Izzy should be made for the gender of the Sim that goes to his shop. I have two female sims and no male sims. I have 9 creations from Izzy and 6 of them are only for males and useless to me. It’s super frustrating especially after investing so much time in game play daily to rack gems up. Please update the game with the ability to receive only creations that your sim can actually use.

What @Ra1nOrShine said. ☝ I totally agree and lose the stinky, dirty, sweaty, buggy stuff too. They are yucky!! And no duplicates of the same items. I don't want 12 of the same coat. Thank you! 😒
I don't face this issue that much since i normally have 2 female and 2 male sims at a time. But izzy seams to love giving me crop tops... and they don't look good on male sims. But still, I do think it should be based on the gender of the sim you bring to izzy and then he makes clothing for that sim.
