    @EA_Lanna I have started cases for this issues about 3 weeks ago. Do I have to email the “terms of service”? I’m not sure what that is? I just want my game fixed. I cannot start from the beginning again. I don’t have the time.

    I asked EAHelp for help with the same problem, but after generic troubleshooting guide (I've already tried all the troubleshooting I can), they told me to report my problem to this forum.
    If we can't get help even here, where are we to get support? 😂

    I’m so upset. I have invested 3 years plus a lot of money in this game. To get no help from fire monkeys. My son-in-law googled yesterday and found a bunch of people are having the same issue. He thought the update would help but it didn’t. I’m bummed because of the new Treasure Hunt started and I love gardening and wanted the green house. I will have to spend all my resources to get caught up. By no fault of my own.

The forums are the best place to report bugs and share workarounds while bugs are being addressed but it sounds like your case is best handled by our support team. Please send me privately your case number and player id so I can see about getting this resolved.

    Thanks🙏 I sent case number and player ID.
    EAHelp (twitter) told me to report to AHQ. And I think EAHelp (Japan desk) has not opened my case yet. I haven't gotten a reply yet from the other case I sent before.
    I'm worried because I've seen some players who have the same problem but haven't solved for a long time.
    And sorry about my poor English 😓

    @EA_DragonsEye  Hi DragonsEye. I'm having the same problem as these guys, I've sent an email to eahelp but so far no response. I'm very sorry to bother you, but I need your help. This is my first time using ahq, so please forgive me if I'm using it wrong.🙏😭

    @akihi If you want to tag someone here, use @ and then the username. In this case you need to type EA_DragonsEye right after @

    @EA_DragonsEye Hallo I got the same problem as soon I accept the free gift it will crash out. Can you please help me on my case 88561974. My player ID [Removed by CM] thank you 🙏

  • @consykaos I have not found anything in your game that causes the issue I recommend continuing the communication with the support team and following the steps they may give you,

    Did you ever resolve this issue? I’m in the literal same boat as you. Been emailing them for weeks and if someone sends me another troubleshooting link one more time I’m going to scream!

  • They are in the process of fixing it, but it is still not playable. But I’ve not had an update in close to a week.

    @renbar152 I have the same problem but saving on the game but EA help.com and send my ID player more then one time still not helpful upset don’t know what to do

    1. There is nothing you can do, maybe ask a guru for help on Twitter or messenger. I just gave up. I have a a few friends loose there game from the same issue and they gave up to. I don’t want to start from beginning unless I have a lot of free time. I never cheated or did anything to my game and this is what happened. Good luck 
  • I having the same problem at the moment. The game worked fine for months, but suddenly around two days ago the game kept on crashing during the loading screen. Most definitely something to do with the server because I've tried to log in through other devices yet got the same result - crashing. I invested a lot on my Sims as well so Im a bit frustrated. Have you get any resolutions to your problem yet?
