@katclawsx3 Someone who had same issue told me the packs showed up after a few times restarting the game and cycling through the pack offers.

    I’ve been trying to do the restarting a few times today, but still no luck. 🙁
    Should I do a Bug Report or is this just a glitch that’s only affecting my game and only a few others?
    Also, Isn’t the last day to purchase these Packs this weekend?

    The Packs finally showed up around 1:00am. CT

    I was so relieved & happy to get them. 
    I’m looking forward to seeing my Sim in the powdered wig. lol
