@SalixCat When I click “contact us” or “create a case” it takes me to a page where it says to look at community forums. I cannot contact to resolve the Sims Festival bug.

    Try clearing cookies on your browser. This might help open the EA website on your device. Here you can read how to clear cookies on iPhone or iPad or how to clear cookies on Android

    There are different combinations and choices. Some will lead you the forums, and I see you found that one.

    Follow these steps to send in a ticket:

    1. Select your device.
    2. Select topic -> Missing content.
    3. Select issue -> Never received content.
    4. Provide your player ID. 
    5. Tap on the button 'Select contact option'.
    6. Select Email.
    7. Describe your issue.
    8. Attach images.
    9. Tap on the button 'Email us'.
