Hey @kar98la If you have a missing purchase for Sims Mobile please reach out to an EA Advisor for further assistance, make sure to get your Purchase Information when submitting a case.
Contact Support via In-game:
- Launch Sims Mobile
- select the right-hand arrow (For parties, friends, settings, etc) and select settings.
- Select the 'help & about' tab at the top of settings
- Select the Help option > Scroll down to 'contact us' and select
- Enter in Case details and Player ID (You can find it here)
- Select available contact options
