@Ecosynchronous I don't have the mannequin, but it is a known glitch - there is probably a bug report if you want to add your comments. I have the same problem with the shadow player in the club, but it hasn't had much affect on the game so far.
@Ecosynchronous My coworker(s) at the Waterfront also turned into SimActor2Name, for both the Marine Crypto-biologist and Astronaut careers! Took screenshots, and realized that same day the creepy mannequin from Izzy’s showed up in the Science Center as well as a statuesque Emily (without her llama zoom truck) out front. That was Monday.
Today, the mannequin is gone, but Emily remains and the waterfront is a sort of dead zone where no other Sims roam, like they usually do, so my Sims do all their work tasks without “clients” or other Sims to interact with. It doesn’t make the game unplayable, just a little lonely with three of my Sims working on careers over there.
I’ve seen the bug reports that seem to link the Izzy Mannequin, the vacant area without other Sims, and frozen Izzy/Emily - so the kidnapped coworker being involved doesn’t seem like a stretch.
My fashion coworker has also been kidnapped-- and the mannequin has moved its shenanigans to the dance floor for the new event. I've even seen it dance (don't recommend!!). Is next month's event Rescue Captured Coworkers???
@Ecosynchronous I feel like someone else had a dancing Izzy, instead of the mannequin! Feel a little cheated that mine just stood there, pantless, in the Science Center. Imaging that pantless mannequin dancing does creep me out, more than a little. 😵
Mine is topless, beskirted and bedecked with heart eyes. A very unattractive look!
Haha. @Ecosynchronous the heart eyes are a creepy touch! Mine had wings and an awful men’s shirt. I kept rerolling to get the wings attached to something I wanted, but that hideous shirt is what I got to look at instead.
