- Anonymous8 years agoHaving the same problem and also don't have my ID so they can't just roll back the game. ☹️ I cleared my cache, deleted app data and then uninstalled the game. Hard rebooted then reinstalled. At that point trying to log into my game gets me to the moon like a new day is about to start then it freezes there.
- Anonymous8 years agoIt's rather frustrating to be told to provide player ID WHEN YOU CANT GET THE GAME TO LOAD TO ACCESS IT.
- Anonymous8 years agothat was exactly what was happening to me. I have that account saved in hopes of it being fixed but like I said in a previous post, I won’t be waiting on support, I made a new account with a new twitter handle and got the newest quest done, but I won’t have any of the previous quests, really bummed about the bubble blower and hope that becomes purchasable. I’ve had to do this 3 times now and each time I’ve lost the previous quest items! I quit paying to play this game, won’t spend another dime unless and until they fix all the bugs.
- Anonymous8 years agoI don't blame you, I'm level 40, all my hobbies, jobs and relationship stories are done (was finishing up the last 3 when my game broke) so far I haven't been able to finish half the events because they took to long to do or the items were randomly drawn and my luck wasn't good enough to get any of the good items like the hot tub. My desire to play the game anymore is fading fast.
