@SalixCat Hey! It's my second time buying the same pack on the same account! As it appeared that it's available for purchase on the page which you can choose the kind of promotion pack. My first purchase was 6 months ago. I still didn't hear anything from the EA help even though I contacted them as soons as I figured it could not be collected.

As @SalixCat has already mentioned, it shouldn't be possible to purchase the Simoleon Cactus more than once.
So, you have taken the right steps by contacting EA Help. 🙂 You say that it's been a while but you haven't heard anything yet so I'm assuming you sent an email. In that case, it might take a little bit until you hear back because of the many emails that come in every day.
To make things go more smoothly, I'd recommend that you update your case with the proof of purchase (if you haven't done this yet) so that all the necessary files are already there when your case is being looked into.
