@terogamusaudiHaz or buy them. I bet OP needs the blue super tickets. They are the hardest to get. I rarely get them doing relationships and if parties don't reach 10  you would have to buy those blue ones

@Fuzzernutter i been level ten lately i dont know how to throw the parties. 

i really dont want to buy them unless its with the cash bucks i have.i got a lot of green sim tickets but no blue super sim ticket.

@mattsangelgirl the blue ones are the hardest to get. You need them to make babies and buy certain items. I did several relationships and I always get the green ones too. I have no blue at the moment and need them to buy a hat.

@mattsangelgirl throwing parties. You have to first throw a birthday party before you can throw other parties. You can throw one party per week. To throw a birthday party, you must be able to give one of your Sims a new trait. The week starts on Mondays after the sticker contest closes. Give your sim a new trait after the new week starts. Once you start the party, go to the furniture icon and then to the balloons icon to get free party activities to add to your house. These items will disappear once the party is over. Make sure you have enough room to put out party activities. Without these items it will be hard to level up you party to 10. You always get two Izzy gems if the party makes it to 10

1) make sure you have a sim that has earned a trait this week.

2) make sure that sim is your active sim

3) click on host a weekly party in the party tab

4) select birthday party

it says i havent reached the party requirement 

Has your sim earned a new trait in the last few days?

If so, is that sim the one that is active in your actions spot?

That usually works, if it doesn't you may need to submit a bug report.  This used to be a common bug but I thought it had been fixed.
