Re: Table stuck to land

@byrdgirl14 How the heck did you make a whole room atop unlocked land? That's probably why it's not letting you move it.

Try placing the room in storage. If you can't, then try to make a space where you can move that whole room on to unlocked land.

    I didn't make the room. That's the original room my Sims came with and the original À la Mode Table that was there.

  • I just tried to make that room smaller, and that room plus the original bedroom next to it could not be selected. I could select my other 4 rooms but not those two nearest the (for some reason) locked land. I'm not sure why the land is locked since it's the original room.

    I may simply save up to unlock that plot of land to see if that will clear things up, unless there are any other suggestions. Thanks for your time and help.

    @byrdgirl14 contacting EA might help with this.

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. First things first, write down your Player ID or take a screenshot of it.

    - Open side menu

    - Click the gear icon

    - Click the 'Help & About' tab

    - Click 'Help'

    Your browser opens

    - Scroll down and click on 'Contact Us'

    The EA game advisor might ask you to perform a couple of troubleshooting steps you can find over here for Apple or Android. You can try those before contacting them, or while you're waiting on a reply.

    If you're asked to clear data or reinstall the app, make sure your app is being back-upped to the App store or EA account.
    The backup options might have turned off during a previous update. Your app will reset, but after creating a Sim you should get the popup to restore from the cloud.

    If you choose the 'Report Bug' option you might not receive a reply from EA.
