My contacts are disappearing also. I only realized it because one of my friends has 4 people walking around in awesome bear costumes and they are gone AGAIN.

yes! You can visit in Sims Freeplay (it's actually required in several quests) so why not in Sims Mobile?
Also I just ,sent you a request. I have a couple of your Sims on my contacts and I realized we're not actually friends.
