Hey there so the last couple of weeks I haven’t been able to access my Izzy Creations in the Sims Mobile. Every time I try and give my sims one or chance the item the game will crash on me. I was just hoping that a bug fix or something would happen. My player ID is 1003003214273. I’ve been playing the game since it came out and had no problems up in now. If I could get help that would be appreciated

I'd suggest following that advice.
EA Staff@AdamScott96 thanks for posting here! Can you please check your player ID or if its the correct ID, can you show me a screenshot of your Izzy closet?
