Restoring save game results in error 12

Hi, I really need help. I get error 12 when I want to restore my game from 81 days. 
My save game is 6 years old and I spent a lot of money in it. I already have this problem 81 days. 

My game is linked within Game Center in IOS.
I already clicked on the button to start a new game hoping to try to  restore my last save game.
But still no luck.

I am afraid to remove my game from Game Center, because I know My save game from 81 days is still there! I get a pop-up that a save game is found in the cloud from 81 days ago and im afraid that this pop-up will go away when I remove the game from gamecenter.
Can anyone help me from EA to restore my 6 year old progress ???

Error is in dutch..
