Retired but not Heirloom

I was looking at my previous generation in the family portrait and I noticed that I have a sim which retired but did not receive an heirloom.  What life goals?  I was still trying to complete all of ...

    Had this been fixed?  I'm afraid to retire any more Sims.

      I've retired my sims today and all of them gave me a heirloom, each of my sims has only completed 1 career and half completed hobby/relationship
