Roommate Task Wont work!

I am at the task for a new roommate to get new keys but none of my tables have the get new set of keys task! I've tried restarting game multiple times and have also waited for tasks to refresh, but no matter what able I click on, I have 4, they all just bounce! Please help, don't want to lose my progress and have  restart tasks from beginning!!
