Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

If this fails for some reason, or you can't access The Sims Mobile app.

If you want to do so in a different language you can choose your country of choice in the upper right-hand corner.

While we cannot reply to you on the status of this report, you can watch for future game updates containing information on bug fixes

So I missed out on this quest with this account. This has happened to me three times now. Each time I make a new account, which is what is suggested, I get screwed out of an event and miss all the items from earlier events. I will not spend another dime on this game!- Anonymous8 years agoWell that really sucks because I don’t want to spend money to get the Vlogger thing and I’ve missed the challenge. I’m 34 years old and have to work and have enough problems in my life - so I excape into my Sims life and now it’s got problems hahaha
- Anonymous8 years agoHaving the same problem and also don't have my ID so they can't just roll back the game. ☹️ I cleared my cache, deleted app data and then uninstalled the game. Hard rebooted then reinstalled. At that point trying to log into my game gets me to the moon like a new day is about to start then it freezes there.
