@toffifee1248Hmmm. Ok. I don’t really know what’s the problem here, so this may perhaps be some annoying advice:
1) check that both your operating system and your app is up to date. Depending on your system settings, you may have to check this manually
2) make all of your active Sims do nothing - let them be idle - all at the same time
3) then: force close your app - close it completely. Open the app. Repeat 4 times. You may see that one of your Sims complete an event you didn’t ask her/him to do. Just collect the simoleons (and be happy about the extra simoleons) and force close the app again.
4) turn off your device and wait for 30 seconds or so before you switch the device on again.
I have no idea if this will help you. But generally speaking this is important:
1) ALWAYS keeping your phone and your app updated
2) force closing your app often and particularly whenever you see something unexpected in your game.

Maybe that’s why we haven’t seen a new festival yet.
