Thank you so much for your suggestions. Nothing I could find in the answers HQ could help me get out of the situation and I always have the game and my phone updated… since it won’t be taking too long until the next update, I will wait for this one. If this won’t change the situation I will ask directly for help.
@toffifee1248 I’m crossing all my fingers for you! The update last week closed a lot of issues in my game, but there are still a couple of scary things going on. Hope there are some really clever people at EA dedicated to fixing things 🙂
