Sim Fest Tutorial Task Bar Won't Disappear After Reinstalling App

I had to uninstall my Sims Mobile app on my iPhone XR after encountering memory issues.  When I reinstalled it, the Sims Festival Tutorial randomly appears and starts to tell me to tap on the Sim Festival button.  The task bar populates and tells me where to tap and I got through the tutorial only to still see the task bar pop up still on my upper left top corner.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall again to resolve the issue but it keeps staying on the corner.  I tried to seek help through EA Help and the email I got was not helpful because they only told me to go through the trouble shoot list which I tried but still did not remove the issue.  My iOS is updated to the latest iOS 15.1 and my internet at home is in good standing.
