Sim Naming Theme

@mrdoggie94  I just started a new theme with Oliver's children.  I looked up his last name and found out it was Italian, so all of his children will have Italian names.  So far he has 4 children - 2 girls (Loriana & Giada) and 2 boys (Dante & Milo).

Yes. Spada is an italian surname, meaning 'sword' or 'spades' (a card suit)...

I do love your Angel/Biblical theme family names! 

My Simmone Simmons  married  Benson Call 

Their 2 sons are Benjamin Simmons-Call,  & Blake Simmons-Call  & daughter Brynn Simmons-Call.

I thought by starting their names with a B would help me keep track of my first generation.  Next Generation will also be themed, but I’m not sure what theme yet

Generation 1:

Seraphina is currently single.

Note: Garrett was created after an incident where I can't open my game (crashes on loading screen) and I quickly contacted EA support and restored my game but I lost 2 days worth of playing which included marrying Oliver to @rmw8855 , resulting in me having an Oliver clone, which I retooled to Garrett.

That’s very cool!

For me I don’t have a theme but I do have the ‘third’ rule, so the first name the baby instantly gets, in my rp mind, is the name the mother wants, if I don’t choose that I hit the dice and the second name is the name dad wants and if I decide not to pick that one, regardless of the name I have to use the third name... it does backfire but other than changing clothes I leave as much as the automated looks and names as possible. 

Wow, I've never thought this deeply about my Sims' names except to give them names I like. ☺

Very intriguing topic. Generally, I pick names based on actual people: film stars of the 30s-50s.

There is only one star who's had descendants–John Wayne–and as such, I'm choosing Western-themed names (Clara, Winchester). Although the first offspring ever, we named for @PaQuilter1 as she was absolutely instrumental in offering her expertise in the labor & delivery of Pennsylvania "Penny" Wayne. 🖤

I've just recently decided to start over in my 8th generation with a Norse theme. Kinda embarrassing, but I love the show Vikings although except for the surname not all of the first names come from the show.

Some of mine are Magnus, Björn, Rúna, Baldr, Freya, Sagá, Lagertha  with the surname of Lothbrok.
