Not sure what you mean by trade but I'm cool with him moving out. His traits are Foodie, Lucky, Ambitious, and Flirty

    If you've used up all your Party Entries for the day, we cannot have our Sims meet each other, unless you throw a Party. Or my Party is currently not available to you.
